At 38 m², this meeting room is the smallest of the hotel, yet it can be set up to accommodate up to 35 people. But don't judge a book by its cover! As the room is modular, it can be altered to expand to 109 m² with different set ups (U conferences, classroom, theatre) to accommodate up to 80 people. The large bay windows allow the natural daylight to flood in. The TOKYO meeting room is air conditioned and comes with a video projector, a flatscreen TV, a paperboard, notepads and pens. The LONDON meeting room of the Best Western Plus Suitcase Paris – La Défense is perfect for organising meetings for 20 to 30 people. Slightly larger than the TOKYO meeting room, its 44 m² can be altered to expand to up to 115 m² - the ideal size for receptions or cocktails events. The LONDON meeting room is air conditioned and bright with natural light, and comes with a video projector, a flatscreen TV, a paperboard, notepads and pens. Broadband Wi-FI included. At 71 m², the NEW YORK meeting room is the largest at the Best Western Plus Suitcase Paris – La Défense. Recommended for meetings of 20 to 45 people, this room is completely modular with different set ups (U set up, Conference, classrooms, theatre). For teams requiring more space, the walls of the NEW YORK meeting room can be moved back to offer 115 m²of space, to accommodate up to 80 people - perfect for banquets or cocktail evenings. This meeting room is air conditioned and bright with natural light. Equipped with a video projector, a flatscreen TV, a paperboard, notepads and pens. Broadband Wi-FI included.
